A recent article in the Washington Post by Norm Leahy referenced my campaign for Lt. Governor in 1984-85.
I will leave it to the readers to assess “the appropriate time.”
I’ve always believed that when a thing is right, the time is always right; and if not NOW, when?
I did not wait for the “leaders” to tell me if the time was right.
