It’s interesting that after eight years of Obama’s refusal to even nominate an African American to the U.S. Supreme Court, considered to be the most important decision made by any President, Biden says, if elected, he would continue the exclusion by still refusing to consider an African American.
He would renominate Merrick Garland. I guess he feels, as he’s stated publicly, that may stop “them from putting y’all back in chains.”
