Governor Wilder Speaking
Governor Wilder speaks on Race and Academia

I have long theorized that in developing leadership, we should emulate nature. Sharks have several rows of teeth; they move to the front when needed. All the teeth serve a purpose, to lead the quest for survival.

That’s like the “Point” in an infantry patrol. He/she is in the front and LEADS.

We have had more people in leadership in recent years than my generation could imagine, though we never stopped working to see it develop.

Our nation is in dire need of new thoughts, new inspiration, and recommitment to the people, ALL of America’s people.

Leadership is a tautology, it defines itself; it means to LEAD.
